Chemical Formula

C6H12O6

Glucose is a sugar and usually most sugars end in "ose".

If you have too little glucose it can lead to fatigue and your body cannot do certain as effectively.
If you have too much it can lead much energy but a "crash in energy later. Also this over and over to do would not be healthy.
Every food group contains this chemical and the system that would be most affected is respiratory system system because the energy goes to that and helps you get the bursts of energy that you need.
Some of the chemical reactions such as the food is broken down through respiration. Meaning you take in oxygen and glucose and the output is water and energy.
